## Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a CSM, you will leverage deep business, industry, and product knowledge to partner with customers and drive business value acceleration and maximize return on investment in Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

- Understand customer goals and propose solutions using Salesforce's customer success methodology

- Evangelize Salesforce's capabilities across all clouds

- Provide best practices for organizational strategy, governance, and change management

- Identify and mitigate risks that impede business goal achievement

- Provide technical insights to enable customers to maximize technology utilization

- Develop and execute adoption plans to drive customer value and innovation

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in customer success, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or technology solution development

- Strong understanding of business processes, applications, and automation

- Excellent communication and consulting skills

- Fluency in Japanese and basic English reading and writing skills

Preferred Skills:

- Deep knowledge of specific Salesforce clouds

- Experience as a trusted advisor to customers

- Understanding of Salesforce products and platforms

- Technical and business concept comprehension and explanation skills

- Experience with AI, machine learning, and agent platforms
