## Description

We are seeking an experienced construction leader to join our team in Göteborg, focusing on complex construction projects where quality, safety, and professionalism are crucial.

As a construction leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and following up on the production process, ensuring that projects are carried out according to agreements, documents, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Following up on contractors' work, quality, work environment, and technical solutions

- Monitoring schedules and identifying and reporting risks and deviations

- Managing changes to project scope with clients and contractors

- Tracking quantities, costs, forecasts, and financial documentation

- Coordinating technical issues on site and contributing to informed decision-making

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of experience in construction leadership within the construction industry

- Previous experience in consulting

- Experience in managing and monitoring contractors

- Good understanding of how projects are driven towards set goals for time, cost, and quality

- Experience in handling deviations, changes, and ÄTA (change, addition, deletion)

- Good knowledge of work environment regulations and AMA (General Advice on Construction)

- Strong communication skills and ability to create trust in complex project organizations

Merit-based requirements:

- Experience with installation-dense and complex buildings, such as hospitals or security-classified facilities

- Experience in construction leadership in environments where operations are ongoing in parallel with construction work

- Projects with budgets over 200 million SEK

- Procurement according to LOU (Swedish Public Procurement Act)

- Role as BAS-P or control responsible according to PBL (Planning and Building Law)

- Certification in project management, such as PMP
