## Description

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Blainville, Quebec. As a senior leader, you will leverage your highly developed experience with financial analysis, credit, and client acquisition to deliver top-tier financial advice and solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises in the real estate sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Apply your sales experience to prospect and generate leads among new and existing clients

- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation skills through financial statement analysis and credit restructuring

- Provide exceptional client experiences through superior business and financial advice

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client contact strategies

- Champion digital enablement by promoting the RBC mobile application

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial banking experience

- Proven track record in sales and business development

- Credit skills, including risk assessment and financial analysis

- Expertise in the real estate sector for small and medium-sized enterprises

- Bilingualism (English and French) required

- University degree in commerce, business administration, or related field
