## Description

The Enterprise Networking Security Policy Access Dev team in Israel builds innovative, scalable security policy and access solutions that protect organizations worldwide.

As a Software Engineering Technical Leader, you will drive the technical vision and execution for complex security policy and access solutions that safeguard enterprise networks globally.

**Your Impact** You will leverage your deep expertise in systems programming using C, C++, and Java to architect and develop robust, scalable software.

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- 8+ years of software engineering experience in systems programming with complex codebases using C, C++, or Java

- 3+ years of experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams

- Experience in software programmability and developing scalable software architectures

- Experience implementing automation and orchestration within the software development lifecycle

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Understanding of network security, certificate validation, and threat modeling

- Hands-on experience with cryptography, TLS internals, or Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC)

- Hands-on experience with AI coding

- Understanding of modern attack methods

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices to cross-functional partners
