## Description

We are seeking an Improvement & Data Scientist Field Service Management to join our team at KPN. You will work within the Customer Delivery segment, specifically in the Planning Improvement department. As part of a team of seven colleagues, you will drive digital improvements for the field service management organization, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing manual tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Initiating and managing improvement projects

- Translating data analyses and operational insights into concrete process improvements

- Collaborating with operations colleagues to identify and leverage improvement opportunities

- Working with IT developers to implement improvements via Jira stories and User Acceptance Tests

- Automating work processes and ensuring field service management systems align with practical needs

- Aligning with management, directors, and chain partners to translate policies and goals into actionable improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Master's degree in a relevant field

- At least three years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in tooling such as SQL, Fabric, and Power BI

- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand complex processes

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
