## Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a Senior Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution of our end-to-end order fulfillment process for our enterprise customers in North America.

Responsibilities:

- Manage purchase orders and order fulfillment for customers in North America, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and resolve issues.

- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries regarding order status, shipping, and invoicing.

- Identify process development needs and propose improvements to enhance customer operations.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, order management, or related roles in global logistics.

- Experience working with large carriers and ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, is a plus.

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or equivalent practical experience.
