## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager - BIL to join our team in Bangalore, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Increase acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments.

- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market.

- Build and strengthen strong network of direct sales agencies in the market.

- Should have a strong network of DSA's in the market - Atleast 10 DSA's with whom files are discussed on a regular basis.

- Strong at DSA management and new DSA empanelment.

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy.

- Good Communication skill.

- Good negotiation skill.

- Market update and knowledge.

- Awareness and information about the competition.
