### **Senior Technical Recruiter**

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Fuse Energy. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent from hedge funds, trading firms, and elite technical organisations.

### Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry

- Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit

- Run high-quality processes, including pipeline activity, debriefs, and seamless candidate experiences

- Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and timelines

### Requirements

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy focus on backend roles in high-performance engineering environments

- Agency background working with trading firms, hedge funds, or HFTs

- Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices
