## Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer to help shift quality left, innovate new ways of testing earlier, and build a mindset of quality in every team.

This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams from discovery and design, shaping acceptance criteria and risk models, understanding the user and business risk, and defining what 'good' looks like.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with product and engineering from discovery and design, shaping acceptance criteria and risk models

- Use AI as a collaborator across the lifecycle: generating test scenarios, triaging failures, analyzing logs and crash data

- Build and refine AI-assisted workflows

- Use production signals to decide where to test and what to monitor

- Define and track quality metrics that matter to the business

- Work independently on complex QA tasks requiring planning, scheduling, and testing

- Experiment, measure, and share what works

- Strengthen test resilience

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst / QA Engineer

- 3+ years performing functional, integration, regression, and performance testing

- Excellent communication skills

- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward experimenting and learning from production

- Demonstrated judgment in applying AI to QA work

- Experience designing prompts, workflows, or agents that improve test design, execution, or analysis

- Experience in Mobile app & Web testing

- Experience automating testing

- Knowledge of QA Methodology and tools

- Experience gathering test requirements and creating detailed test plans

- Experience working directly with engineering teams

- BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience

Helpful but not required:

- ISTQB certifications

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
