## Description

The Head of Enterprise Digital Assets & Tokenization leads S&P Global's central Digital Assets & Tokenization team.

The team sets direction, prioritizes investments, unblocks divisions, and lands external partnerships to make S&P Global's data and infrastructure authoritative in on-chain workflows.

**Responsibilities and Impact**

- **Enterprise Strategy, Prioritization & Capital Allocation**: Own the enterprise digital assets and tokenization strategy, translating it into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives.

- **Delivery & Execution with Divisions**: Drive priority initiatives to in-production status with paying customers.

- **External Partnerships & Commercial Development**: Build and hold senior relationships across on-chain-native firms and traditional financial institutions.

- **Internal Alignment, Governance & Risk**: Convene and run the enterprise governance forum for digital assets.

- **Leadership & Influence**: Lead a small, high-calibre team and grow it as the portfolio warrants.

**What We're Looking For**

- **Required Qualifications**: 10+ years of experience in capital markets, asset management, or digital assets.

- **Preferred Qualifications**: Experience launching regulated products, technical fluency in blockchain architecture, or exposure to board-level governance.

**Compensation/Benefits Information**

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $185,000 to $265,000.
