As a part-time service employee, you'll be the link between the workshop and the service department.

You'll contribute to ensuring an optimal supply of parts and accessories for customer satisfaction and optimal exploitation of market potential in the service department.

You'll take customer requests and inquiries, check availability and delivery times.

Responsibilities:

- You'll work with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- You'll ensure that all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.

- You'll work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (m/f/d) or technical training in the automotive industry.

- Previous experience in the part-time service sector of an automobile dealership is desirable.

- In-depth product knowledge, experience in accessory sales, and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in the part-time service sector.

- Customer-oriented thinking and behavior.

- Independent and meticulous working style.
