## Description

As a Business Analysis Manager at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges.

The Client Acquisition and Management Platform (CAMP) is a collection of technologies and capabilities designed to enhance how the Commercial Bank salesforce moves from Market to Prospect to Client to Trusted Advisor.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that will drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One

- Leadership: May manage and develop 1-2 analysts

- Product: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products

- Marketing: Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products

- Credit Risk: Drive step-change improvements in credit performance

- Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent

- Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Capital One

- Strategic & analytic orientation: A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics

- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: He/she should be a tenacious decision maker

- Solid people leadership experience: Ability to build and leverage the capabilities of a high-performing team

- Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication credentials

- Clear results orientation: display an intense focus on achieving both short and long term goals

Basic Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in analysis

- 2+ years of experience in financial services

- 1+ year of experience in consulting

- 2+ years of experience in people management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Business Manager New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Business Manager

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
