## Description

We are seeking a Merchandiser to work in the Modern Trade channel in Argeș and Dâmbovița counties. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal product visibility and availability in stores, implementing planograms, managing inventory, promoting products, and maintaining good relationships with store managers.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain planograms in assigned locations

- Ensure correct product positioning on shelves and adherence to merchandising standards

- Verify and manage inventory in stores to avoid stockouts

- Collaborate with store managers to ensure adequate replenishment of products

- Implement promotional campaigns and point-of-sale materials in sales locations

- Maintain visibility of promotional materials and secondary displays

- Build and maintain good working relationships with store managers and staff

- Collect and transmit customer feedback to the sales and marketing team

- Report daily/weekly on merchandising activities and sales

- Monitor competitor activities and report them to superiors

- Participate in training sessions organized by the company to stay up-to-date with new products and merchandising strategies

- Train store personnel on the benefits of company products

Requirements:

- High school diploma; higher education is an advantage

- Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently

- Flexibility and availability for frequent travel
