## Description

Logitech's Transformation team in the Global Sourcing Organization builds data-driven tools and streamlined processes to make sourcing faster, smarter, and more scalable across regions. As a Transformation Intern, you will collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and IT experts to analyze sourcing data, prototype improved workflows, and build AI-enabled systems that automate everyday work.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze sourcing data (spend, lead time, supplier risk) and build dashboards for the team

- Map and redesign key sourcing workflows, testing mockups with the team

- Build internal tools or automation using AI tools

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related fields

- Strong understanding of process mapping, labor operations, overhead allocation, and quantitative modeling

- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage AI and advanced analytical tools to solve problems efficiently
