## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at Asda, committed to excellence in healthcare. You will need to be able to provide both NHS and Private services, have excellent communication skills, and be empathetic. A typical day as a Pharmacist involves dispensing, delivering services, managing your team, and delivering excellent service to all our patients.

Responsibilities include:

- Conducting contractual and enhanced services whilst following company SOPs and professional GPhC guidelines and standards

- Reporting directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager to support the successful delivery of agreed KRAs

- Reviewing performance and engaging with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement to the services we provide

Requirements:

- A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC

- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare

- Able to provide excellent customer and patient care

- Driven and ambitious to ensure the pharmacy meets business targets

- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
