## Description

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - Product Owner to join the Government Vehicle Health Management Systems (GVHMS) team in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves leading efforts in lab testing, requirements development, and advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for:

- Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans

- Developing, documenting, and verifying requirements

- Developing project schedules and tracking performance

- Organizing work items for the software team

- Integrating components of the GVHMS system to meet customer requirements

- Coordinating with customers on a regular basis

- Documenting team plans and status, developing meeting agendas and presentations

- Analyzing process compliance and working on improvements

The position requires:

- A Bachelor's degree

- 14+ years of experience in systems engineering

- 3+ years of experience building stakeholder and customer relationships

- 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams

- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience with Agile Development

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

The pay range for this position is $164,900 - $223,100.
