## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - CRM.

Principal responsibilities:

- Extract and analyse data using Python and SQL to support marketing campaign launches on cloud platforms.

- Implement automation toolkits and Python-based solutions to streamline day-to-day processes and improve productivity.

- Ensure timely delivery of outputs and communicate progress and outcomes clearly to all stakeholders.

- Stay open-minded and adaptable, with the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

- Demonstrate leadership capability to support effective decision-making and structured problem-solving as a data analyst.

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related discipline with minimum 5 years' working experience on data analytics.

- With solid experience of data development, process automation, campaign leads / event triggers deployment, customer data analysis to drive omni-channel customer life cycle management.

- Strong programming skill such as SQL, Python, or SAS.

- Experience with cloud platform such as Google Cloud, Azure, etc.

- Experience in banking industry, customer relationship management, batch/real-time lead generation and decisioning, enterprise solution is a plus.
