As a Sales Manager I, you will own the acquisition and engagement of single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city. You will be the primary touchpoint for these restaurants, learning their business, understanding their challenges, and building a partnership to help them drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners.

- Conduct in-person visits, provide product demos, ROI analysis, and present the benefits of working with Swiggy.

- Use consultative selling to diagnose restaurant needs and position Swiggy's products as solutions.

- Manage the full lifecycle of each restaurant partner, including pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support.

- Track adoption metrics, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems.

- Own revenue targets within your territory and track your pipeline and conversion rates.

- Develop advanced Excel skills to work with city and central trackers.

- Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics.

- Conduct 80 to 90 in-person meetings with restaurant partners per month.

**Qualifications:**

- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in FMCG, food/beverage, or the hotel industry.

- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own pipeline.

- Comfort with data, especially Excel, and ability to build pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, and create dashboards.

- Post-graduated preferably in marketing or sales.
