## Description

iCapital is looking for a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Data Solutions team. This role involves setting up and maintaining financial software applications, assisting clients with issues, working on special projects, and handling ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and explain portfolio performance results.

- Conduct account level reconciliation, including research and resolution of breaks, cancels, and corrects.

- Perform analysis of private equity and hedge fund statements for input into the system.

- Work with clients and partners to resolve data issues.

- Help manage client onboarding, account setup, training, and day-to-day support.

- Perform system setup and configuration, new client setup, and financial account and asset setup.

- Assist in data feed management and create custom reports based on client needs.

- Liaise with vendor partners for enhancements and system issues.

- Prioritize individual and communal work to ensure projects are completed on time.

- Establish operational effectiveness through policies, procedures, and controls.

- Assess and act upon client and company needs proactively.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

- Bachelor's degree from an undergraduate program.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong understanding of financial instruments.

- Experience with RIA/Wealth management policies and procedures.

- Experience working with wirehouses or custodians.

- Organized and self-motivated with attention to detail.

- Comfortable with technology, software tools, and applications.

- Experience with Addepar, Black Diamond, Axys, APX, Orion, Archway, Solovis, Masttro, or similar platforms.

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Basic knowledge of database concepts and programming.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, and similar tools.

- Knowledge of various financial products and indices.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborative and able to thrive in a team environment.
