## Description

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI & RPA Developer to join our team. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

**Job Description:**

HPE Operations is our innovative IT services organization. It provides the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation. Our teams collaborate to transform insight into innovation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop automation solutions using WorkFusion and other technologies

- Build AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning, and orchestrating business workflows

- Develop agentic workflows with and without human-in-the-loop governance for business-critical projects

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources

- Build document intelligence solutions for extraction, classification, and summarization

- Implement vector databases and semantic search

- Integrate AI services and develop industry-standard automation solutions

- Collaborate with teams to transform insight into innovation

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

- Typically 2-4 years of experience

- Strong expertise in building RPA Projects, preferably in WorkFusion

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Agents using the latest Agentic AI Framework and LLMs

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience with WorkFusion and other RPA tools

- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MicroSoft CoPilot, MCP, and Agent Orchestration Frameworks

- Familiarity with API integration
