## Description

The Sales Merchandiser Lead is a key role at Red Bull, responsible for ensuring proper stock levels, display, and rotation of products at large format retailers in San Diego. The successful candidate will support the Merchandising Manager with training and off-day coverage.

**Responsibilities**

The Sales Merchandiser Lead will:

- Support merchandisers to maximise service, communications, and engagement

- Complete onboarding of new merchandisers, certify readiness, and ensure adherence to Red Bull merchandising standards

- Act as main point of contact for the merchandising team in the absence of the Merchandising Manager

- Ensure Red Bull products are properly rotated and maintained, and equipment is set to current standards

- Maintain records for compliance with internal policy

- Execute and adhere to Red Bull merchandising processes and routines

- Evaluate competitor activities and communicate with the Merchandising Manager or sales team

- Build, protect, and grow the Red Bull product portfolio

- Establish and maintain relationships with retail managers

**Requirements**

- Prior merchandising experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A valid US Driver's License

- Reliable vehicle for work purposes with minimum insurance coverage

- At least 18 years old

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage

**Salary**

The base salary range for this position is $21.47 to $23.73 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
