We are seeking an At Your Service Agent to join our team at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Hong Kong.

As an At Your Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, providing a wide range of services, and ensuring that every guest interaction is memorable and unique.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing operational needs and addressing guest requests

- Completing reports and sharing local area highlights with guests

- Maintaining a safe work environment and upholding quality standards

- Working on your feet and moving around for extended periods

- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
