## Description

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee specific programs from prototype to production start-up and customer launch. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of program management, including managing engineering changes, ensuring products meet specifications, and maintaining communication with various departments and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage programs from prototype to production start-up and customer launch

- Oversee engineering changes and ensure products meet specifications

- Communicate with various departments, including production, tool room, quality assurance, and engineering

- Act as liaison between customer and company

- Investigate and analyze cost-saving proposals

- Participate in presentations and provide technical support on product launches

- Track program progress and maintain impeccable records

Requirements:

- College or university degree in mechanical engineering, tool and die experience, or tool and die design

- Experience in engineering or tooling with an automotive background

- Automotive manufacturing experience is a must

- Excellent problem-solving techniques required

- Training in SPC, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&T, APQP & PPAP, Effective Problem Solving & 8D, DOE

- Familiarity with company and customer quality systems
