## Description

We are seeking a Project Director to lead mechanical and electrical building projects in Quebec. As a strategic leader, you will oversee major projects, develop business services, and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead planning and delivery of major mechanical and electrical projects, ensuring technical quality of deliverables.

- Develop and promote unit services to clients and strategic markets.

- Mobilize and direct a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff.

- Coordinate interdepartmental efforts for complex and innovative projects.

- Develop and track budgets aligned with the company's strategic plan.

- Analyze tender calls, assess risks, and oversee preparation of proposals.

- Represent WSP to clients and partners as the primary project director.

Requirements:

- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (MBA/DESS an asset).

- Over 15 years of experience, including 5-10 years in managing major projects or business units in the building sector.

- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

- Proven expertise in designing and managing complex projects.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.

- Fluency in French and English, with occasional travel to Montreal.
