We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our Business Development Department in Paris. As a leading technology company, Ajax Systems specialises in providing comprehensive end-to-end solutions for home and business security. With a portfolio of 280 devices covering intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire safety, and personnel protection, we have transformed the perception of security systems for both users and industry professionals.

**Your Profile:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial environment related to technology (computing, electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, information systems)

- Experience in electronic security is a plus

- Results-oriented profile with good initiative and strong sense of responsibility

- Strong interest in security products and solutions, and the high-tech industry

- Good understanding of the market and commercial appetite

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both on the phone and face-to-face

- Professional appearance, attitude, reliability, and sense of ethics

**Responsibilities:**

- Regularly visit clients in designated areas to develop lasting and positive working relationships

- Achieve defined commercial objectives for the region

- Analyse the market to identify customer needs, sales potential, pricing strategies, and competition

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to continuously reinforce market positioning

- Conduct regular reviews of business plans with distributors to ensure alignment with company strategy and effective implementation of defined actions
