As the face of our Harrogate store, you'll provide a fun, engaging shopping experience, using your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations and perform product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming store environment

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations

- Delivering exceptional customer service using in-depth product knowledge

- Assisting in hosting in-store events and maintaining a clean, tidy shop floor

- Supporting sales targets and managing stock levels efficiently
