## Description

We are seeking a Leasehold & Home Ownership Manager to transform our service and lead a team of 2 Home Ownership Officers. You will create a combined leasehold, shared ownership and equity share portfolio and shape a service that meets the needs and requirements of residents.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading a high-performing team that achieves excellent performance

- Instilling a culture where every decision puts positive results for the council and residents at the heart of what we do

- Overseeing the operation of the Right to Buy scheme

- Developing and implementing a service that is fully integrated into our housing model
