## Description

We are seeking an Environmental Test Technician to join our rapidly growing environmental test team in Costa Mesa, CA.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide variety of climactic and environmental tests on the full spectrum of products developed at Anduril.

Responsibilities:

- Execute a variety of environmental tests including thermal, dynamic, corrosion, and ingress tests.

- Program test controllers such as WATLOW F4s, and F4Ts.

- Execute dynamic tests using electrodynamic shaker table control software.

- Set up data acquisition systems for environmental tests.

- Maintain lab spaces to a high level of organization and professionalism.

- Promote lab safety training and processes, fostering an environment and culture to promote safety as the number one priority.

- Promote proper maintenance of capital equipment including environmental chambers, electrodynamic shakers, and data acquisition equipment.

- Advance environmental testing training materials and keep technical documentation updated.

- Travel to test sites and remote labs as needed.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of professional experience in a engineering technician capacity or similar.

- Familiarity with Jira or other agile development software.

- Experience with running environmental test equipment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, flexible team environment.

- Eligible to obtain / maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

- Familiarity with environmental test standards (MIL-STD-810, DO-160).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with NI Data acquisition system setup and collection, as well as running LabVIEW and Flexlogger software.

- Familiarity with VR software including VibrationVIEW and ObserVIEW for executing and processing dynamic tests.

- Demonstrated sense of drive and ability to work in cross-functional teams effectively.
