## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead World to join our team at Ubisoft Annecy. As a Lead World, you will be responsible for leading the World team, transforming the vision and methodologies defined by the World Director into an effective, coherent, and sustainable production organisation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage the World team, defining priorities and ensuring the quality of produced content

- Collaborate with the World Director, World Associate Producer, and other leads to align goals and ensure smooth execution

- Represent the World team's interests to other project disciplines and directors

- Ensure the coherence and quality of produced content, maintaining high standards and methodologies

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in AAA production

- Strong understanding of game development, particularly World production

- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills

- Ability to make decisions, prioritize effectively, and provide regular feedback

- Experience with level design, technical level design, and level art

**Nice to Have:**

- Knowledge of game development pipelines and tools

- Experience with Snowdrop game engine

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
