## Description

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our team at Coolblue. As a customer service representative, you will work from your own home office and provide excellent service to our customers via phone, email, and social media.

Your main tasks will include:

- Exceeding customer expectations

- Providing product advice and answering customer questions

- Resolving customer problems in your own way

- Working flexibly to ensure you can balance your work and personal life

- Availability on Saturdays during weekends
