## Description

We are seeking a scientific employee to support our Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team at our Frankfurt office.

The Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations department advises and represents leading companies and financial institutions in all significant disputes - before state courts, in arbitration proceedings and mediation proceedings as well as in official investigations.

Selected areas of focus for the Frankfurt office:

- Corporate Litigation

- International Arbitration

- Banking and capital market-related disputes

- Insolvency-related disputes

- Cartel damage claims

- Energy-related disputes

- Post M&A disputes

- Regulatory disputes

- Product liability
