## Description

Faire is seeking a Senior Finance Analytics Engineer to build and maintain systems, pipelines, and data models that analyze financial performance and unlock key business insights.

The ideal candidate will automate key accounting procedures, collaborate with various teams, and drive data strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain complex ETL/ELT pipelines for business performance metrics and financial reporting

- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise

- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Infrastructure to manage data integrations and ensure alignment

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and testing for data workflows to ensure high data quality and reliability

- Lead initiatives to drive data strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization

- Drive workflow automation and innovation across Finance

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a comparable function

- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and large-scale data processing

- Proven ability to design and maintain production-grade ETL/ELT workflows

- Working proficiency in Python for pipeline development, automation, and tooling

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with Faire's data stack and systems

- Experience with marketplace or transactional business models

- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems for data pipelines

- Finance or accounting experience

- Experience supporting SOX compliance requirements

Salary Range: $174,500 to $240,000 per year
