**Manufacturing Engineering Student Work Placement** This placement offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in Manufacturing Engineering while contributing to real business projects. You will work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, developing the technical knowledge, professional skills and confidence needed for a potential future career in Manufacturing Engineering.

During the placement, you will support activities that improve manufacturing safety, quality, cost, delivery and efficiency. You may help analyse process data, investigate issues, develop and validate manufacturing methods, support digital improvements, capture lessons learned and share best practice.

**Key Experiences and any Qualifications**

- You are currently enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences (Universität, Technische Universität or Hochschule) and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.

- You have successfully completed the German Abitur, Fachabitur or an equivalent qualification that grants access to higher education in Germany.

- You have a strong interest in manufacturing, engineering processes and continuous improvement within a high-technology environment.

- You are proactive, analytical and eager to learn, with a structured approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

- Good German and English language skills are desirable to support effective collaboration in our international working environment.
