We are seeking an Expert Liability Claims - Companies to join our team in the South East region. As a recognised player in the post-claims expertise sector, we support our clients with precision, rigour, and commitment.

Your role: You'll work within our dedicated team handling liability claims for our clients. With the support of experienced experts, you'll progressively develop your understanding of liability mechanisms, guarantee analysis, and damage assessment.

Your main responsibilities: **Expertise**

- Conduct necessary investigations to determine the causes and circumstances of claims

- Analyse engaged liabilities and available guarantees

- Assess material, intangible, and financial damages

- Carry out on-site inspections and contradictory meetings

- Formulate reasoned technical conclusions

- Write clear, precise, and usable expert reports for clients

- Ensure follow-up of files until complete closure

**Client relationships and development**

- Be the preferred contact for insured parties, insurance companies, brokers, experts, and lawyers

- Guarantee quality exchanges and adherence to treatment deadlines

- Accompany clients with pedagogy in understanding expert conclusions

- Maintain and develop lasting relationships with clients

- Contribute to business development in your geographical sector

Your profile: We're looking for someone with potential and an appetite for technical cases. Ideally, you'll have a background in:

- Claims expertise for corporate entities

- Claims management within a company or cabinet

- Construction engineering, building, or civil engineering

You should possess:

- Analytical capacity

- Writing skills

- Technical curiosity

- Customer service sense

- Autonomy and rigour

- Salary range: between 40,000€ and 50,000€ gross per annum (depending on profile)
