## Description

Be part of a team that handles payroll data and calculations for a manufacturing industry. As a Sr. Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll data accuracy, supervising end-to-end payroll processing, and communicating issues to employees, HR, and JB in real-time. You will also perform ME closing, work independently, and process benefits-related works, including labor insurance, health insurance, and pension. Additionally, you will prepare HQ reports and respond to government surveys, prepare annual tax filling withholding tax registration, and support AOP/QOP budget planning. You will work closely with statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations. Experience in foreign migrant worker payroll operations is a plus. Proficient written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin are required. Good PC knowledge in MS Office user experience is also necessary.
