## Description

We are seeking an Executive, ROC Distribution Support-1 to perform end-to-end Replacement of Certificates (ROC) appeal process.

Responsibilities:

- Process ROC appeals submissions from agency force, including compilation, segmentation, validation, and extraction of certificate components.

- Formulate batches of worksheets for ROC Appeal Committee deliberation and Appointed Actuary approval.

- Handle inbound email correspondence from agents, sales teams, and relevant departments regarding ROC matters.

- Provide professional and accurate information to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in any field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a family takaful environment.

- Knowledge of takaful products and operational processes.

- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
