## Description

We're looking for a Senior Systems Designer to join our team and help shape the future of interactive entertainment. As a key member of our Audio & Design department, you will work closely with our team to design and develop systems that support engagement, gameplay, and creative vision.

Our ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in delivering titles as a systems designer, with a strong background in progression, economy, game systems, and gameplay balance. You should have experience working in multiplayer environments and be proficient in Unreal Engine. A passion for player empathy and understanding of player motivations, playstyles, and the effects of progression and objectives on the gaming experience is essential.

As a Senior Systems Designer, you will collaborate with project leads and directors to shape and evolve complex design systems that support engagement, gameplay, and creative vision. You will design, document, prototype, and iterate on these systems, working with a cross-disciplinary team of developers, and oversee their successful implementation from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will also include participating actively in the creation of scripts, data, and content required by these systems, diving into the engine, and leveraging other tools. You will solicit and integrate proactive feedback from the entire team to ensure an engaging and renewed experience for players.

Once deployed in live environments, you will develop and iterate on these systems to ensure the game remains engaging and exciting for players.
