## Description

As a Sales Manager II at Swiggy, you will be responsible for acquiring and engaging with single-outlet independent restaurants across an assigned city.

Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with these restaurants, understand their business challenges, and position Swiggy's products as solutions to help them drive growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners

- Conducting in-person visits to demonstrate Swiggy's products and services

- Analysing restaurant needs and positioning Swiggy's products as solutions

- Managing the full lifecycle of restaurant partnerships, including pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support

- Tracking adoption metrics and identifying areas for improvement

- Owning revenue targets within your territory and tracking pipeline and conversion rates

- Utilising Excel and Google Sheets to manage data and create dashboards

- Staying up-to-date on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG, food/beverage, or hotel industry

- Track record of meeting or exceeding targets and managing your own pipeline

- Comfortable working with data, especially Excel, and able to build pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, and create dashboards

- Postgraduate degree in marketing or sales preferred
