## Description

As Programme Manager, Partner Delivery on Anthropic's Global Partnerships & Business Development team, you'll build and run a partner-delivered package programme from scratch. You'll turn customer needs into productised offerings that partners sell and deliver , starting with Activations , and own the programme end-to-end, from partner recruitment through delivery outcomes.

This is a zero-to-one role. You'll establish the infrastructure, the economics, and the operational playbook that enables Anthropic's partners to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.

Key responsibilities include designing and launching a productised package programme, owning the partner-matching engine, managing inbound sales requests end-to-end, recruiting and certifying a delivery partner bench across tiers and regions, defining the unit economics, building and maintaining both the partner-facing delivery kit and internal playbook, and instrumenting each package against its promised outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience running a partner-delivered services or packaged-offering programme at a hyperscaler, SaaS company, or systems integrator, and demonstrated ability to productise professional services , turning bespoke consulting into repeatable offerings partners can sell and deliver without custom scoping each time.

The annual compensation range for this role is £160,000-£215,000 GBP.
