## About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Support Associate to join our Country Support team at Wolt. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and partners through live chat, email, and phone.

## Responsibilities

- Provide support to customers and partners via live chat, email, and phone;

- Efficiently complete daily tasks according to established processes and team standards;

- Effectively manage time and priorities;

- Proactively seek solutions to improve the quality and speed of customer service;

- Work based on clear KPIs such as CSAT, response time, and quality, which you will regularly analyze and develop with your Team Lead.

## Requirements

- Enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills;

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;

- Self-motivated and able to work independently;

- Prior experience in customer support is not required, but it is a plus;

- Good problem-solving skills;

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions;

- Polish language proficiency (native) and English language proficiency (B2 level);

- Availability to work 20 hours a week.
