## Description

We are seeking two full-time interns to join our Energy Transition Law team in Paris from July to December 2028.

Our team, led by Laure Rosenblieh, specialises in:

- Economic public law

- Regulatory law

- Energy law

- Environmental law

- Public contract law

- Regulated sectors, including transport infrastructure, water, electricity, telecommunications, and more

- Administrative litigation, pre-litigation, and amicable dispute resolution

- Constitutional law

- Public domain law

- Public finance

- State aid and subsidy law

As an intern, you will:

- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

- Draft memoranda, notes, consultations, contracts, and contractual clauses

- Assist in preparing and following up on client files, both in France and internationally

We are looking for candidates with:

- A Master's degree in Public Business Law, Public Economic Law, Energy Law, or a final-stage law student

- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

- Attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a team spirit
