## Description

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at HSBC México. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will improve the customer experience at our branch by providing attention at the counter and promoting our products and services to current and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and promote our products and services

- Refer clients to promoters or alternative channels to increase profitability at the branch

- Work in a team environment to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)

- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector

- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
