Join Pinterest's IT Enterprise Systems team as a Staff Systems Engineer, Oracle EBS, Accounting, where you'll play a key role in evolving our Oracle EBS and Finance technology landscape.

**What You'll Do:**

- Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials across accounting-centric processes.

- Lead solution design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement across accounting processes.

- Apply AI thoughtfully to improve systems analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency.

- Support end-to-end integrations between Oracle EBS and external enterprise applications.

- Work closely with Accounting stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Help define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap in partnership with product owners, systems managers, and business leaders.

- Assess and enhance record-to-report and related finance processes.

- Ensure strong SDLC, change management, and SOX-compliant processes across the ERP ecosystem.

- Collaborate with Managed Service Partners and internal teams to promote operational excellence.

- Partner across Finance and IT to support broader ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

**What We're Looking For:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

- 12+ years of progressive experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS in large, complex enterprise environments.

- Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, including strong hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, CM, FA, SLA, and accounting control frameworks.

- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.

- Ability to use AI responsibly in enterprise environments.

- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, accounting operations, and ERP controls.

- Experience leading Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, release coordination, and cross-functional systems initiatives.

- Solid understanding of Oracle EBS integrations, enterprise application architecture, and cloud integration frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and change management practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Salary Range:** $158,765-$326,870 USD per year
