## Description

We are seeking a Team Manager - Production to join our team at Morrisons, Thrapston. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving results through your team, ensuring they are engaged, well-managed, and productive.

**Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and drive KPIs, taking action to meet daily and weekly targets

- Set performance targets, review progress, and create action plans to improve performance

- Identify solutions to problems and drive continuous improvement strategies

- Develop talent in your team through coaching and guidance

- Allocate tasks and hold daily shift briefs

**Requirements:**

- Management/supervisory experience in a large-scale production operation, ideally in food manufacturing

- Ability to challenge decisions and behaviors to ensure consistency in service to customers

- Proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team

- Excellent communication skills

- Assertiveness with the ability to make decisions on the spot

- Understanding of cost models and experience of budgetary control
