## Description

You will be responsible for managing the local Rework Scheduling process, driving standardization and automation of systems and processes, and ensuring effective ways of working with Data, regional supply team, and local production/technical teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage the local Rework Scheduling process, including scheduling rework production lines, reviewing performance, and advising planning teams of variances.

- Drive standardization and automation of systems and processes, ensuring alignment with global supply planning codification strategy and standards.

- Ensure effective ways of working with Data, regional supply team, and local production/technical teams to ensure schedules are created within agreed capacity.

- Perform root cause and trend analysis on issues relating to production line conformance to schedule.

- Coordinate Event planning and global/local innovation projects.

**Requirements:**

- Planning experience in a production environment, including production planning/scheduling, production systems/management, and Materials Planning.

- Wider cross-functional experience and knowledge of beverage materials categories, such as procurement, packaging, and raw materials.

- Experience with advanced Supply Planning platforms, such as SAP ECC6 MRP/Materials management and SAP APO.

- Knowledge of MPS/MRP and scheduling methodology.

- Experience within supply chain optimization platforms (ERP/master data, time-phased replenishment planning systems).

- Agility and resilience to work with/influence various stakeholders.

- Customer-centric mindset.

- Proficient in MS applications, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and PowerBI.
