## Description

We are seeking a trainee lawyer to join our team in Germany. As a trainee lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on complex international and national M&A and joint venture transactions, public takeovers, and corporate reorganisations.

Our ideal candidate has completed at least part of their first state examination in law at a German university, has good English language skills, and is interested in challenging legal work.

Responsibilities:

- Work on complex corporate transactions, including M&A and joint ventures

Requirements:

- At least a satisfactory grade in the first state examination in law

- Good English language skills

- Interest in challenging legal work and creative thinking

- Ability to work in an international team

- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
