## Description

We are seeking a (Senior) Compliance Manager to join our team at SRC Special Risk Consortium GmbH in Hamburg. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance standards, processes, controls, and guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance standards, processes, controls, and guidelines

- Observe relevant regulatory developments in the insurance and financial services environment

- Identify, analyze, and evaluate compliance risks in business processes, products, and contractual relationships

- Provide advice to management and departments on compliance, governance, internal regulations, and corporate ethics

- Create, implement, and regularly update policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation to comply with regulatory requirements

- Support contract and business partner reviews

- Design and coordinate compliance training and awareness-raising measures for employees

- Report regularly to management on the status of compliance measures

- Collaborate with internal and external advisors, supervisory authorities, and insurance partners

**Requirements:**

- Completed studies in law, economics, or a related field

- Several years of experience in compliance, legal, governance, risk management, internal audit, or a similar control function

- Good understanding of regulated business models

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Very good German and good English language skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
