## Description

As a Senior Product Data Scientist, you'll help supercharge user engagement and build a bank that customers truly love. You'll work in cross-functional squads with engineers, designers, marketers, and product managers.

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Applying expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and presenting data to inform product strategy

- Guiding product teams to measure what matters and running A/B experiments

- Driving a unified understanding of user lifetime value with the finance team

- Liaising with engineers to ensure relevant data collection

You should apply if you're impact-driven, commercially-minded, and have a self-starter mindset. You should be comfortable with SQL and Python, and have experience in conducting large-scale A/B experiments.

We offer a salary of £80,000 to £95,000, plus incentive awards tied to your performance, and a range of benefits.
