## Description

As a Sr Sourcing Deputy at Logitech, you will play a crucial role in executing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiencies.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Gathering and analyzing information about the market, including competitors, customers, trends, and products

- Managing sourcing and procurement for electronic components

- Overseeing supplier management and negotiating pricing and contracts

- Leading new supplier selection and vendor management

- Driving cost reduction strategies and identifying sourcing opportunities

- Collaborating with internal teams to provide market trend analysis and supplier roadmaps

- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and partners

- Ensuring business continuity and risk mitigation strategies are in place

To qualify for this role, you will need:

- At least 6-8 years of sourcing experience, especially in electronic components

- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work globally across regions (US, EMEA, AP)

- Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement

- Ability to understand market drivers and cost structures

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

- Proven track record in supplier and cost management

- Knowledge of financial analysis related to sourcing

This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work at our San Jose, CA office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote.

The annual base salary for this position is typically between $116,000 and $152,000.
