## Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to join our team. As a Human Resources Expert, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless guest experience and supporting our sales force.

The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience

- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business

- Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates

- Support team member and leader training needs and be an advocate for continuous learning

- Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices

- Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption

- Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience

- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

- Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible

Requirements:

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed

- Effective communication skills

- Work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
